Tracey brings many years of experience as a paediatric speech pathologist and also supports adult clients. She is passionate about fostering inclusion across gender and neurodiversity spaces and has professional interests in communication therapy, ranging from articulation and language comprehension to social skills and fluency. Tracey was awarded a Victorian Excellence Award for Inclusive Education and was involved in the implementation of the Autism State Plan in Victoria. Tracey worked for many years in the Department of Education across leadership, policy, implementation, and clinical supervision roles. Highly family-focused, Tracey empowers clients and their families by building their knowledge and capacity to support communication goals. She also enjoys mentoring other allied health professionals and allied health assistants, helping them refine their practice and deliver exceptional care.
