A Practice for Women Who Value Ongoing Self-Care Tracey Holland Reflexology is a women-only practice offering hands-on reflexology and natural face lifting treatments. This work is designed to be received as ongoing care rather than a one-off experience. Many of my clients attend regularly as part of their long-term wellbeing, supporting their nervous system, hormonal balance, stress levels and overall vitality. To maintain the quality of care and protect the integrity of the work, I keep my client numbers intentionally limited and prioritise regular clients within my available weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 11am–6pm).
