I believe that looking after your emotional and mental health is as important as looking after your physical health.
My main approach person-centered approach, I also have an interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT) and Schema Therapy.
