I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in trauma, attachment, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and nervous system-based approaches to healing. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, CBT and DBT skills to help clients move beyond insight alone and create lasting change. My work is particularly suited to people who feel stuck in recurring patterns, have experienced trauma, or are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
