Overview

Tiffany is a registered psychologist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and valued. She brings a warm, down-to-earth and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Tiffany has experience providing counselling and therapy to clients in community health and employment services. From this work she has a strong passion and understanding of how difficult experiences in life, discrimination and inequality can impact mental health and wellbeing. Tiffany uses evidence-based interventions including mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Tiffany works collaboratively with you to tailor therapy to your individual goals and needs. She works with clients aged 16+ experiencing trauma and PTSD, complex-trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, general mental health and wellbeing, and grief and loss.
