Overview
Thea is a clinical psychologist with over nine years experience supporting adults across a range of life challenges. She is known for her warm and compassionate approach, creating a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore life’s challenges and support meaningful, lasting change.
Thea works with adults, professionals, students, and creatives who struggle with procrastination, such as difficulty getting started or following through on important tasks and goals. She understands that procrastination is often driven by deeper patterns rather than a lack of motivation, and she supports clients to develop an understanding of what’s keeping them stuck, whilst building confidence to make sustainable change.
Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion based interventions. Thea’s work focuses on both empowering clients and building competency, giving clients the tools they need to proactively move forward with their goals.
