Ramona Lever

Counsellor

Ramona has been supporting people through life’s challenges for more than two decades. With a BA in Counselling and a PhD in Metaphysical Science, her work brings together professional training with a deep understanding of the mind, body, and spirit connection, and the deeper role of consciousness in human experience. She offers a warm, compassionate space where people can slow down, reflect, and speak openly about what they are experiencing. She is known for her ability to gently read between the lines and tune into what may be happening beneath the surface, helping clients gain insight into patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be influencing their wellbeing. Her approach is holistic and intuitive, recognising that our thoughts, emotions, body responses, and life experiences are deeply interconnected. As an empathic and intuitive practitioner, Ramona works with both what is spoken and what is often felt but left unsaid. Areas of support include: • Stress, burnout, and workplace pressures • Anxiety, worry, and emotional overwhelm • Self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth • Relationship and family challenges • Life transitions, grief/ loss and trauma Ramona integrates a range of evidence based and reflective approaches in her counselling, supporting clients to gain clarity, understand themselves more deeply, and move forward with greater emotional balance. Sessions are available in person (Williams Landing, Vic), online or by phone.

Swathi Stirling

Counsellor

Hi, I’m Swathi, a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a deep interest in how our nervous systems shape the way we feel, relate, and connect. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and culturally diverse communities navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, relationship growth, or a desire for deeper understanding and self-awareness. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and the belief that therapy is as much about rediscovering possibilities as it is about easing pain. Having personally navigated fertility and life challenges, I bring lived experience, gentleness, and depth to this work. I’m passionate about building my clients' strengths and resilience, and walking alongside them as they move towards clarity, connection, and recovery.
