Mr James Aviaz(He/him)

Counsellor

My approach to counselling is rooted in a person-centred perspective, where you're the hero of your own story. Together, we'll embark on a journey to uncover the cast of characters in your life's narrative. We'll take the time to understand each of them deeply – how they influence you, shape your experiences, and impact your journey. Then, we'll reimagine what your relationships with them could look like, envisioning healthier, more fulfilling dynamics that support your growth and well-being.
