Katharine has worked in disabilities services for over 18 years. After seeing the benefits of Brain Gym, which is movement- based learning, living & whole brain/body connections through gentle movements, she trained in Brain Gym and Move to Learn 12 years ago. Today Katharine offers personal sessions, Brain Art classes and training for professionals, parents & carers. Katharine works with people of all ages and abilities.

Psychologist

Monique has over 25 years of being a Psychologist with experience in welfare, community health, education, problem gambling, youth, and private practice. She utilizes various techniques such as CBT, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness and expressive arts therapy. She focuses on presenting issues that include by are not limited to anxiety/depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, life transitions, substance use/abuse, carers counselling/support, parent support, education about behaviour change, life purpose/coaching, supervision, group facilitation, and consultancy. She is currently working with clients aged 15+ from of various backgrounds and walks of life. All are welcome and she will start where you are.
