Follow-up appointments are an important part of ensuring that you are keeping on track with your health and the new advice you have received. Please note that this package does not include any supplements or other treatment plans other than your initial Functional Report. This package saves over 15% off the regular appointment fees when you prepay for all the appointments up-front. Included is 1 hr adult initial appointment, which results in a report with your analysis and goals for your improved health! You also get 2 x 30 min follow up appointments, which have to be booked within 3 months from the initial appointment. This time frame is proven to give best results when working on improving your health and well-being. This is not a refundable product, once you have seen a practitioner for your initial appointment, you have to book your two follow up appointments, and attend them, within 3 months. Failure to attend your follow up appointments will forfeit the fees. Please note that all appointments have to be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hrs before booked time, or the fee will be forfeited.
