Psychologist

Caitlin is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about developmental and neuropsychology. Caitlin draws from an eclectic framework working with a range of theories such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma informed, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to ensure the approach is person-centred working towards the client’s goals. Caitlin has a strong interest in working with anxiety, ADHD, OCD and perinatal presentations. She is currently accepting adolescents and young adults.

Psychologist

Hannah is a generally registered Psychologist with a focus on supporting and empowering people to flourish through using compassionate and client-centered approaches. She draws from various modalities and collaboratively tailors’ evidence-based approaches to meet individual needs. Hannah draws from modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic based therapies. She is accepting referrals for people of all ages, but particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults presenting with women’s health issues, chronic pain, depression, parenting challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, and ASD.

I take the time to understand what matters most to you and tailor therapeutic approaches to support your individual goals. I’ve accompanied people through a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges, and I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and adults across the lifespan as they navigate life’s changes and complexities.
