Tracy is a graduate of R.M.I.T University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chiropractic and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic. With over 13 years of clinical experience, she believes Chiropractic care optimises your health and wellbeing by improving the integrity of your nervous system. She specialises in both acute and wellness care, placing an emphasis on quality of care and believe treatment should be personalised to individual needs. Tracy keeps up to date with current protocols and modern techniques. Tracy is experienced in both manual Diversified adjustments and gentle low-force techniques, including soft tissue work, mobilisation, Activator, drop table, blocks and cranial techniques. She also incorporates postural exercises, stretches, kinesio taping, strengthening therapy and ergonomics in the care plan. This gives her patients the best opportunity to achieve desired outcomes in the quickest time possible.
