Eleanor is a Clinical Supervisor and Director of The Counsellor Collective located in MANNING, ROCKINGHAM, MANDURAH and LEEDERVILLE. Eleanor believes developing the counselling relationship with clients is essential for building trust and achieving positive change. Eleanor enjoys seeing clients find strategies for life that bring transformation in their day to day living. Eleanor journeys with clients through trauma, life challenges as well as grief and loss. Eleanor has journeyed with all ages to find hope and healing. Eleanor has previously worked within a Residential AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Rehabilitation program. Eleanor enjoyed working with a wide range of people, walking alongside them on their recovery journey. This experience has made her passionate about seeing all people, including young people at an early age, equipped to thrive in the ebb and flow of life; building their resilience and providing good mental health strategies. Eleanor and her team currently operate out of The Counsellor Collective in Rockingham and in Manning with all ages individually, as well as with couples and families. Married, mother of two children, Jerusha is a compassionate and warm counsellor, deeply committed to providing a calm, grounded space for all seasons of life for teens (of all genders) and women in young adulthood onward to slow down, breathe, and rediscover their sense of self, purpose, and renewed hope. Jerusha provides Counselling for teens (of all genders), assisting in developing healthy coping mechanisms, building self-confidence, and improving communication skills within a safe space. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, resilience, peer pressure, or identity issues, she works closely with each young person to address their unique needs and concerns. Jerusha can incorporate play, creativity and art into her therapy sessions. Jerusha is committed to empowering all clients to navigate the challenges they are facing and create a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves freely. She brings valuable experience from her recent specialised roles in working within an alternative school, supporting at risk and disengaged students providing trauma-informed care, helping them manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their sense of identity, as well as her time Counselling at a Pregnancy Support Center.
