I have a broad generalist counselling and therapy practice, with a special focus on relationship counselling and long term individual work. I use an integrative and relational approach with an emphasis on emotion focused techniques. Areas of experience include relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and grief and loss.
