Hello, I am a Counselling Psychologist who has trained and worked in the UK for 7 years before returning to Singapore, where I am now based. I am committed to ethical and competent psychological practice, and am recognised by the UK Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS) as a Chartered Psychologist. I also have full membership with the Singapore Psychological Society. I adopt a person-centred approach and value each person's individuality, and how you experience your world. How you are feeling is real, and your experience matters to me. I am here to support with attaining greater clarity on feelings or struggles. If life feels hazy for the moment, a supportive therapeutic relationship can guide you to the next stepping stone.
