I am a counsellor based in Singapore, offering in-person and online therapy in English and Mandarin for adults, parents, and couples. I was born in China, has lived and worked over 10 years in Europe and the U.S.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, life transitions, parenthood, and questions of identity. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and take a person-centred, integrative approach, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
My work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s individual pace and circumstances. As a mother of two who has lived across cultures, I am particularly attuned to the pressures of parenting, cross-cultural identity, family expectations, and the many roles people carry.
I aim to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where meaningful change and renewed self-compassion can emerge.
