Steve Duncan graduated in Melbourne with an Arts Degree in Psychology, and Post-Graduate qualifications in Vocational Counselling. Steve worked for many years in major human resource roles, military psychology, and more recently in private practice – mainly in organisational psychology and general counselling. Steve enjoys most sports, particularly cricket and Aussie Rules Football, is a keen home handyman, and loves classic Jaguar cars. He is also strongly involved in voluntary community activities. Steve specialises in: (1) applying psychology to the world of work; (2) development of careers at all levels; and (3) dealing with issues that could lead to the Family Court.

Tess is a registered general psychologist and has over 16 years experience working with individuals affected by mental health disorders and emotional stress. Tess utilises a person- centred approach that is customised based on the client’s needs and may implement a variety of evidenced based approaches. Areas of interest include positive ageing, the healing of trauma and PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders (depressive disorders and bipolar depression), grief and loss, self- esteem, stress, adjustment disorders and chronic pain management, Tess works with people from all cultural backgrounds and is fluent in Italian and conversational french. Tess has worked in private practice, acute/ hospital settings as well as in the community and aged care facilities. Tess has a particular interest working with adults and has extensive experience working with older adults aged 65years+
