Mr Michael Wilson

Dietitian

Michael Wilson is a Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian working across a Brisbane tertiary hospital and private practice at Nutrition for Living. He specialises in eating disorders, disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBI), and complex nutritional presentations where the relationship between food, the body, and lived experience requires a more nuanced approach. Michael is a trauma-informed clinician who understands that eating and digestive difficulties rarely exist in isolation from a person's broader history and identity. His hospital-based experience gives him a depth of clinical knowledge that he brings to his private practice work — where he is able to offer more accessible, ongoing support to outpatients who benefit from continuity of care outside an acute setting. Michael is a proud advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and provides affirming, inclusive care to queer and gender-diverse clients who may not always feel seen in mainstream healthcare settings. He works at Nutrition for Living alongside Annabel Johnston and Grace Gibson.

Ms Grace Gibson

Dietitian

Grace Gibson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a specialist interest in women's hormonal health, PMOS, and metabolic nutrition. She works with women navigating the complex relationship between hormones, gut health, blood sugar regulation, and body composition - particularly where conventional advice hasn't given them the clarity or results they were looking for. Grace takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, recognising that hormonal health rarely exists in isolation. Her work spans PMOS management, insulin resistance, perimenopause nutrition, and the often-overlooked ways that diet and lifestyle interact with hormonal function across a woman's life. She provides Telehealth support at Nutrition for Living, and works alongside dietitians Annabel Johnston and Michael Wilson.
