Dr Hong Xu is an AHPRA-registered Acupuncturist, Herbal Dispenser, and Chinese Medicine Practitioner. She graduated from Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences with a major in Clinical Medicine in 1988. With 16 years of experience working as a physician, primarily in the Emergency Department at 242 Hospital in Shenyang, China, she has developed a wealth of expertise. In addition to her medical degree, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the course of 18 years practicing in Sydney, Dr Xu has vast experience in acupuncture and dry needling. Her exceptional skills extend to the treatment of spirit-related ailments such as insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Through a comprehensive approach that includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments, she effectively addresses these issues. Moreover, Dr Xu’s particular interest lies in digestive disorders, particularly those resulting from stress or an imbalanced lifestyle. Conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, duodenal or gastric ulcers, colon diseases, and related symptoms like chronic diarrhea and constipation are areas in which she excels. Dr Wong is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Herbal Dispenser. She graduated from Sydney Institution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and currently is a member of ATMS and NSWACM. Dr. Wong has experience treating patients with wide range of health issues by utilising a range of different TCM treatment methods such as Herbal medicine, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and Supplementation prescriptions. She focus on the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Sleeping disorder, Women health management and Pain management. Over the past years of practising, she has demonstrated passionate, care, and attentiveness to patients during consultation up until the patient has significant improvement. In her early career, Carol served in global sports equipment companies. Due to her upbringing in a family of medical professionals, she has developed a particular interest in wellness and self-care in recent years. She hopes to assist more people in finding variable solutions through aromatherapy. She specialises in using aroma touch to relieve fatigue, anxiety, stress, and sleep disorders, as well as providing targeted body treatments to alleviate pain.
