Regain Balance Counselling, Health & Wellbeing is an integrative, evidence-based counselling service supporting mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth. Services are offered in person in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula regions of South Australia, or Australia wide online or by phone. Hi! I'm Sue Grabowski is a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor and Level 4 ACA-registered practising counsellor who is committed to helping clients restore balance across their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Sue provides a supportive, collaborative space to build confidence, manage stress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma, increase resilience, improve relationships, and promote health and wellbeing.
