I became a counsellor because I have always enjoyed supporting other people across different aspects of my life. This includes managing people and businesses, working in the fields of health and data, and practicing yoga and art therapy. I’ve lived in three countries and travelled to many others, and am grateful to call Wellington my home.
I can work with you on a range of concerns such as anxiety, grief, sleep, depression, life transitions, conflict, and health. I practice pluralistically, which means I tailor our work together to you, drawing from a range of therapy methods.
I’ve completed Massey’s postgraduate diploma in Counselling, and am currently a Master's student. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you on your journey to become your best self.
