Susie has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem issues, addiction, neurodevelopmental difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping people navigate interpersonal challenges and periods of change.
Susie works with children, adolescents, and adults using a range of therapy modalities, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, schema therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques.
