Adrienne has a passion for understanding and addressing barriers to optimal health and wellbeing. Her personal values of openness, honesty, non-judgment, and respect are central to her practice. She is committed to providing her clients with evidence-based, individually-tailored support to enable them to regain hope, trust, and confidence in themselves and their future. Adrienne is passionate about perinatal and infant mental health, mindfulness-based childbirth preparation, and supporting people in the transition to parenthood. She has experience working with adolescent and adult clients with a variety of psychological needs (e.g., anxiety, depression, psychosis, addiction, trauma, body image, self-esteem, sleep, and stress). Adrienne utilises third wave CBT (acceptance- and mindfulness-based therapies) however also draws from training in attachment theory, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing depending on her clients' needs. Kate graduated with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine - Acupuncture from the Melbourne College of Natural Medicine in 2004 (now Endeavor College) and commenced practice in Fitzroy. In 2008 she completed postgraduate studies in Japanese Acupuncture (Manaka Protocols) with Paul Movessian. Kate has worked in clinics in Melbourne, Mornington, Geelong and Torquay, gathering knowledge and experience and specializing in Natural Fertility, IVF, pre- and post pregnancy care. Kate has been lecturing at Southern School of Natural Therapies since 2012 teaching Chinese Dietary Therapy and Qi Gong (Health Maintenance)

Since completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Melbourne over a decade ago Laura has developed a holistic approach to her practice. Since moving down the coast she has focused on pregnancy and women's massage. Pregnancy and childbirth bring a myriad of physical changes. As a mother herself Laura knows how important it is to look after yourself so you can look after your child. Alone time is even more precious once you become a mother. Looking after little ones is exhausting and all consuming. Laura wants to be the one to look after you. "I love giving clients that 'ah' feeling.
