Sue is a ANZACATA registered & qualified Art Therapist. She follows a trauma-informed and individualised approach, creating safe spaces that allow for creative expression to flourish.
Her practice is driven by the way art helps us to better understand the world, how it is able to form meaning and re-frame experience, and how it can be used as a tool for healing and connection.
Sue has experience working with adults who have struggled with a diverse range of mental health issues and has had extensive experience working with forensic mental health clients within prison environments. Sue also has a background as a mental health Occupational Therapist which adds an additional lens to her practice as an Art Therapist.
