Stuart has been a massage therapist for over 18 years and has extensive experience in Sports, Remedial, Myo-Neural Release (a unique and specialist technique that can deliver significant improvements to muscle and joint functioning through soft tissue and nerve manipulation), Pregnancy, and non-complex Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Combining his passion for massage, comprehensive training and knowledge of functional anatomy, Stuart has been able to help with a wide variety of muscle, nerve, joint, and stress related issues in people from all walks of life including the sedentary or restricted movement lifestyles through to professional athletes from a vast array of disciplines.
