Shona has over 25 years experience working as a psychologist 10 of which were as a school counsellor. The last 15 years have been spent working in her own private practice. 12 of these were in a regional centre which enabled the development of a wide range of skills and expertise due to the presenting issues and the diverse source of referrals. Being in a regional setting allowed an appreciation of the difficulties that many people have accessing services so there is a focus on providing a high quality telehealth service so support can be accessed in a timely manner regardless of location.
