Cancellations of appointments

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Guiding Light Psychology requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of between 50-70% of the total fee (depending on your appointment type and practitioner), payable prior to making another appointment.

If payment is not made on the day of your consultation (and no other arrangement has been made) the total amount owing will be deducted from your stored payment method.

Fees and Payments

Fees are dependent on a number of factors including: the length of consultation, the psychologist you are seeing, the service being provided and your form of referral. Fees are payable at the time of your consultation via EFTPOS, cash, direct deposit, online payment, or through third party arrangement.
