Ultimately, her goal is to help you find simple, sustainable ways to fuel your body, reach your goals, and enjoy food again - balancing both whole foods and soul foods. While Stella loves working with clients across all areas of nutrition, as a sports dietitian, she's particularly passionate about sports performance, and helping people fuel their performance and recovery, all the while building a positive, balanced relationship with food, and with themselves.
