Healing is a journey, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My collaborative approach involves active listening, empathy, and tailored interventions to support you in navigating life’s challenges and reaching your full potential. I believe in empowering you with the tools and insights to face difficulties independently, fostering a sense of self-efficacy and lasting positive change. Inclusivity is essential to my practice. I embrace the diversity of human experience, providing a haven for everyone—regardless of age, background, gender identity, or culture. As part of our regions' Mental Health sector, I am dedicated to offering quality, accessible counselling services to individuals and families in our community. We’re here to help. Our approach at Lifeharbor Counselling is grounded in safe, ethical practice and uses a range of evidence-based interventions to support and empower each client. We draw on therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Our practice also incorporates Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema-Focused Cognitive Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation, alongside trauma-informed and solution-focused care. By combining these specialised techniques with a collaborative approach, we aim to share knowledge that enhances well-being and creates lasting, positive change.
