Melanie is passionate about being able to help individuals and families. She has a unique insight and understanding into family life for people with disabilities, having grown up with a sibling with special needs. This also inspired her to study Occupational Therapy – graduating in 2011, with distinction.
Melanie has gained a variety of experience, with a background working in the following fields of practice:
- Early Childhood Intervention Services,
- Rural and Metropolitan hospital settings,
- Community Health and Disability Services,
- Schools, and
- Private Paediatric Practice.
