Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist and has a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and Medicare, so her clients can receive rebated-sessions with a referral from their GP.
Sarah has worked with adults, young people and children in a private and not-for-profit settings. She takes a warm, considered, and individualised approach to her work, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and other practices based on mindfulness, compassion, and humanistic approaches.
Sarah works with people experiencing a range of anxiety and depressive symptoms, grief and loss, trauma-related challenges, emotional regulation and adjustment difficulties, stress, and parenting, relationship and social challenges.
