Sophie is a degree-qualified Naturopath (BHSc) with almost a decade of clinical experience, and nearly 15 years in the wellness industry, specialising in Perimenopause, Women’s Healthspan, and Longevity. Her work is centred around helping women reclaim their energy, metabolism, power, and identity through evidence-based naturopathic care, personalised treatment plans, and functional testing. Sophie’s passion for advocating for women’s health grew from her own experience with unexplained autoimmunity and hormonal issues in her early twenties — a time when she felt part of the picture was missing, offered only fragments of answers, and left without meaningful solutions. This personal journey shaped her mission: to ensure women feel seen, validated, and genuinely supported, especially in the stages of life where symptoms are often dismissed or misunderstood.
