Jeanette is a psychologist with experience supporting clients through a range of emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal challenges. She works from a warm, client-centred approach, drawing from evidence-based frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
Jeanette is passionate about helping clients build psychological flexibility, strengthen their sense of purpose, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change. She is particularly interested in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and relational concerns .Jeanette is committed to culturally responsive, strengths-based practice and aims to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences with authenticity and care.
Jeanette sees her work as going beyond symptom reduction and to some extent, believes that people can live alongside even difficult or negative experiences, and it’s often about how we relate to those experiences, and the narrative we tell ourselves around them. A meaningful life isn’t always one free from pain, but one where we’re connected to our values, our relationships, and a sense of purpose.
