Overview
Collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based therapeutic care.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative space where you can safely explore your challenges, process difficult experiences, and connect with your innate capacity for healing.
With nearly a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families navigating complex trauma and the out-of-home care (OOHC) system, I bring a deeply rooted understanding of how adversity impacts the mind and body. My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, blending evidence-based cognitive interventions with somatic (body-centered) and parts-work modalities to help you move beyond traditional talk therapy and achieve deeper, lasting integration.
Whether you are looking to process past trauma, manage anxiety, or navigate a difficult life transition, we will work at your pace to rebuild a sense of safety, resilience, and vitality.
