Skye has over 23 years of experience supporting children and families who have experienced trauma and harm. She provides a calm and safe space for individuals to explore and make sense of their experiences and emotions, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective support. Skye works with a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, parenting challenges, parent-infant relationships, and ASD.
She is passionate about helping clients identify and achieve their goals through relationship-focused and evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Skye also has a strong interest in infant and parent mental health and holds postgraduate qualifications in this area.
