As a Counselling Psychologist and a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor, my approach to therapy and supervision is eclectic and grounded in psychodynamic theory, customized to each client's needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. I have over 26 years of experience in mental health services, within primary and secondary settings across Australia and New Zealand with a focus on working across regional, rural, and remote areas. This has included more than 9 years in MH Crisis teams mostly within Hospital Emergency Departments.
