Sharon has almost four decades of service and support to humans via educator, training, counselling, therapy, and leadership roles, including 24 years in private practice as a psychologist (South Australia).
All services are offered via an integrative psychology framework utilising evidence based psychological therapies + lifestyle psychology recommendations to support mental health . All therapeutic strategies are explored in the context of the biological, psychological, social, environmental, ecological, cultural, and spiritual factors impacting on an individual's mental health and general wellbeing.
