Hannah is a Registered Psychologist with six years’ experience supporting adults across public and private mental health settings.
Hannah has a warm, compassionate and grounded style. She creates a supportive space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what they are carrying.
She has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and early parenting, supporting women and parents through pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, anxiety, overwhelm and the emotional adjustment that can come with parenthood.
As a mum herself to an almost two year old, Hannah brings both professional understanding and lived insight into the realities of early parenting.
Her approach is collaborative and evidence based, drawing on CBT, ACT and DBT to provide care that is thoughtful, practical and tailored to each individual.
Hannah currently offers telehealth appointments.
