Hi, I’m Denise, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience supporting children, parents, and families to build emotional wellbeing, confidence, and meaningful connections. I provide compassionate, evidence-based support that is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and strengths-based, helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and developmental needs. My work includes NDIS capacity-building supports, child and family therapy, perinatal mental health care, and parent support, all delivered in a collaborative and safe space.
