With experience in Australia and the UK, I’ve worked with a wide range of patients, offering practical, evidence-based advice to support their health and recovery. I believe nutrition should feel simple and realistic so people can make long-term changes that actually stick. Growing up in a Turkish household, food has always been a big part of my life - not just for nourishment, but as a way of connecting with family and friends.
