His approach is grounded in attachment theory and cognitive-behavioural methods and believes a collaborative approach is essential in helping each individual work towards their own personal goals. Dylan has completed a masters thesis in order to better understand the effects of natural environments and outdoors on mental health.

Matt is a registered psychologist and a clinical psychology registrar. He has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Clinical). He enjoys empowering people to discover and pursue their full potential and help them overcome their personal challenges. Matt has experience in assisting adolescents and adults with a wide range of social, emotional and behavioural issues. Matt has a keen interest of understanding the interaction between mental health and technology based addictions. This passion has led to the publication of several journal articles on Internet Gaming Disorder and the completion of a thesis on Internet Addiction.
