Rachel has a Master of counselling and is trained in evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of individuals, couples, and youth from 12 years. She supports individuals and families with the challenges of everyday life including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship breakdown, behavioural issues, work, and communication conflicts, overwhelm and burnout. Rachel is an accredited Kids' Yoga teacher and reiki master. A natural intuitive she offers a specialised holistic blend of dynamic counselling strategies mixed with grounding, somatic healing and breathwork, relaxation, reiki healing and intuitive guidance.
