Sarah works with adolescents and adults, providing both therapy and Autism assessments.
Sarah provides a warm, non-judgemental and supportive environment, tailoring treatment to the individual. She works with people who have experienced anxiety, trauma, school or relationship stresses. She uses a number of evidence based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, family systems therapy and mentalization-based therapy.
Sarah enjoys providing therapy for neurodivergent people and members of the LGBTIQA+ community. She provides a neuro-affirming approach and is aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES) movement. She is also well versed in working with clients who have autoimmune conditions and the complex relationship this has with mental health.
Sarah has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Family and Relationship Therapy. Sarah enjoys providing supervision for clinicians and is a board approved supervisor.
