Sarah completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She loves working with children, adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life, helping them to overcome various challenges and find a sense of joy and fulfillment.
Sarah has experience in treating individuals of all ages with a range of psychological difficulties, using evidence-based treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and schema therapy. She has a special interest in working with children with anxiety disorders, as well as individuals with self-esteem and body image issues.
