Please ensure you have selected the correct time zone in booking your appointment. On the booking screen, there is a drop down box to select the your time zone (see below).

By default, appointments will be displayed in VIC/NSW/ACT time, so please check you have the correct time written down for your appointment.

Once you have made a booking, you can also check the reminder email, which will specify a time zone if you are outside of VIC/NSW/ACT. If there is no time-zone listed in the booking/reminder email, your appointment time is in VIC/NSW/ACT time.

By submitting this request you indicate your understanding of:

Our fees, which can be found on our website.
Our cancellation policy:
- 2 business days notice or more: No fee.
- 1 business days notice: 50% fee.
- Same-day cancellation or non-attendance: Full fee.
That we are not a crisis service and cannot provide urgent or immediate support.
We are unable to provide the following services:
- Forensic, family court, or other court-related services
- Urgent crisis intervention or support for those who are actively suicidal (due to our telehealth model and part-time availability)
- Some of our psychologists are not able to accept Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment Plans - please check with our admin team prior to booking if unsure
- Eating disorders of a severe or non-stable nature (as these require a higher level of support than we are able to offer as a telehealth service)
- Alcohol or drug addiction treatment
- Appointments solely for the purpose of a report (e.g., DSP applications, court matters), except for our autism and ADHD assessment service
