Hi there! Welcome! I'm glad you found me here! I'm Sarah Davies, a Psychologist with 15 years of experience working in both the Northern Territory and South Australia. I have also supported Australian Volunteers living in developing countries via online platforms. I currently have a private practice in Underdale, SA. I have a particular interest in supporting women and teenage girls to be the best version of themselves. I can support individuals who are struggling with a variety of issues including; stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, low self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting issues, communication problems, lack of direction/sense of purpose, procrastination, time-management I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches including; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing My previous employers have included; Employee Assistance Services Australia, Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, Relationships Australia, Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service, Response Psychological Services. I continue to work for St Michael's College part-time in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide as a Psychologist providing counselling support to teenagers.
