Sara Stanley Psychologist (Candidate)

I have supported children, young people and their families with their mental health challenges since 2012, using a combination of Sandtray therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, brainspotting and bio/neurofeedback. This approach enables me to support, heal and empower the whole individual, often without the need to talk about their sometimes very painful and confusing experiences. I am passionate about mental health education and believe in empowering people to participate actively in their healing journey. I also love to educate schools and organisations on all things mental health.
