I am an experienced therapist who works hard to connect. My clients often say "you get it". If you have tried counselling before but it hasn't felt "right" you will understand how important it is to feel like there is a good fit.
I can work with you to relieve worry, sadness or fear and to increase positive feelings and build a better life. This might include practical strategies for addressing issues such procrastination, communication or time management, support for important transitions such as moving to a new city, taking up study, changing careers, or ending a relationship.
I can also help if you are feeling lost, despondent, or anxious for no apparent reason or are having troubles with relationships or at work.
I can provide sessions in the Medicare framework (up to 10 sessions) or longer if you are experiencing greater distress or multiple issues.
Sessions can be face-to-face, telehealth (Zoom) or email.
I also provide clinical supervision, and am a registered supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia.
