Megan Boulton

Physiotherapist

Megan works with a wide range of clients, from those managing ongoing musculoskeletal pain through to active individuals and athletes working toward returning to sport and performance. She has a strong interest in lower limb injuries, post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and return-to-sport conditioning. Megan is known for her structured, goal-driven approach, combining hands-on treatment with progressive, strength-based rehabilitation to achieve long-term results. Megan completed her First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy at Plymouth University in 2023. She began her career in 2017 as an NHS physiotherapy assistant, gaining early experience in acute inpatient and stroke rehabilitation, which helped build a strong foundation in clinical reasoning and patient care. During her training, Megan led a university women’s rugby physiotherapy clinic, worked with Exeter Football Academy, and supported a local rugby club. She also ran her own sports massage therapy business for three years and holds additional certifications in sports massage, taping, and trauma medical management in football. Since graduating, Megan has focused on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy and was promoted to Senior MSK Physiotherapist within her first year. She takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with clients to build clear, individualised plans that support both recovery and long-term performance. Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and staying active through surfing, running, football, and strength training.

Miss Charlotte Coard

Physiotherapist

Charlotte studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in New Zealand. She is passionate about working with people to reach their personal goals and potential. Charlotte has worked in the fitness industry before and during her physiotherapy training. Since graduating, she has worked in musculoskeletal private practice and has experience working with elite athletes, people with neuromuscular conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. She has completed additional training in polestar pilates to supplement these interests. Outside of work you’ll find this Kiwi soaking up all the Sunshine Coast has to offer - whether that’s exploring the local hikes or out surfing, and always with a good book in hand.

Sophie is a dedicated physiotherapist who works with a wide range of clients, from those managing day-to-day pain through to athletes returning to high-level performance. She has a strong interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance-based care, with a particular understanding of strength training and high-intensity sport through her own involvement in CrossFit. Sophie completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Brunel University in London in 2023. Since graduating, she has gained experience across musculoskeletal, community, hospital, and professional sports settings, allowing her to confidently manage both acute injuries and more complex, persistent conditions. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with structured, evidence-based rehabilitation. She focuses on identifying the underlying drivers of pain and works closely with clients to build clear, goal-driven plans. Sophie is committed to delivering high-quality, individualised care and helping people return to doing what matters to them, whether that’s everyday activity or high-level sport.
