Shanan works with clients ranging from those managing persistent pain through to active adults and athletes aiming to return to training and sport with confidence. He is known for a thorough, structured approach that prioritises getting things right early. His focus is on identifying the key drivers behind an issue and building clear, individualised plans that extend beyond short-term symptom relief.
