Hi, I’m Sam and I’m your friendly and highly motivated personal trainer at Zap Fitness, Kingston. I have a strong sporting background and I’ve recently completed a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Tasmania which has allowed me to provide exceptional health and fitness advice to my clients. I gained experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their goals whatever they might be. Whether you want to lose weight, run a marathon, or gain muscle, I believe that no goal is too large or small and I am here to help you succeed. In addition to my health and fitness knowledge I have also been trained in; Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention & Management, Body Composition & Analysis and Exercise Prescription & Programming. I understand that no one person is the same and I will write a program that is tailored to your specific needs. I will make sure that it is specific to your current fitness level and is fun and enjoyable for you.
